Bosch Siemens ActiveWater
TRANSLATION:
The new ActiveWater dishwashers by Bosch use water as efficiently as never before. Compared to a regular Bosch Dishwasher, ActiveWater can not only save energy and time but also up to two liters of water per cycle. The system consists of the new circulation pump with integrated heating element, the new drain pump, an improved water switch and the new filtration system. The new circulation pump, which circulates the water through the dishwasher, has more power and even a built-in heater so water can be pumped much faster and heated more efficiently. The optimized water switch can selectively direct water to each of the three spray levels — the amount of unused water is reduced, water consumption lowered. Better cleaning while using water most economically is also realized by the optimized filtration system. The surface of the micro filter is increased by 50 % so 15 % more water can be recirculated. A cycle using 10 liters amounts to 4100 liters of water being recirculated over the dishes — compared to 3600 liters with the conventional system that used 12 liters in total. The newly designed drain pump recognizes the water level and immediately switches off when all water drained from the Dishwasher. Unpleasant noises are reduced and draining becomes whisper quiet. Perfect cleaning results and shorter cycle durations, while using water and energy sparingly thanks to the optimal combination of circulation and drain pump, water switch and filtration system.
